Dexter Season 7 looks boneriffic
Dexter is probably my favourite still running TV show. Every season I’ve gotten worried they were going to drag it out too far and ruin it, but so far there’s always been something fresh and interesting and I’ve been left wanting more. It looks like they’re about to do it again.

Umm… Fuck yes!
Ok, so I’m not about to editorialise this, having only seen the trailer.
All I’ll say is that its a new television series from Steven Spielberg and it looks like Steven has combined his two favorite subjects; science fiction, and dinosaurs; into one package of pure awesomeness.

Mortal Kombat: Legacy Episode 1
The first episode of the new Mortal Kombat web series by Kevin Tancharoen is up.
And it. Is. Awesome.
This really raises the bar for web series as a whole. I assume it’s mostly because Warner Bros funded it, but the production values really dwarf anything that’s been done before. Compare this to the trailer for Dragon Age: Redemption that was released last month and you’ll see what I mean. Hopefully this series is successful enough that the studios see online content as viable, and we get more awesome stuff like this in future.
Also this is a cool, serious take on a video game property, and I know I’d certainly like to see more of them.…
