Say hello to the new FemShep
Bioware recently presented six “Female Shepards” and asked fans to “Like” their favourite. The winner will be the new default character model for the female Shepard in Mass Effect 3, and will also appear on the box art.
May I present to you the winner, your new FemShep:
As you can see it appears that Mass Effect fans prefer blondes.
However there have already been complaints made that the fan base is obviously predominantly young males, and the final result reflects that. Some female fans have stated that they would prefer a more “realistic” representation of a person like Shepard, someone a bit tougher looking I guess.…

Mass Effect movie panel at Comic-Con
Legendary Pictures are hosting a Mass Effect panel at Comic-Con, so I guess that means they have some stuff to announce!
Despite the knowledge that game to movie adaptions are invariably either sub-par or plain terrible, I can’t help getting excited about the prospect of seeing Shepard and his team kick some ass on the big screen. If it’s done right it could be the best Sci-Fi movie ever!
Then again, I said that about Alien vs Predator.
Shit.
